Victory Park Capital (VPC) has made a slew of promotions, including two new senior partners, two new partners and two new managing directors.
The private credit specialist, which was acquired by Janus Henderson last year, named Jeff Schneider and Jason Brown as senior partners.
Schneider joined VPC in 2010 and serves as the chief operating officer. He is also a member of the firm’s investment committee and valuation committee.
Brown joined VPC in 2014 and is primarily responsible for sourcing, analysing and managing investments. He is also a member of the investment committee.

Meanwhile, Kinan Hayani and Don Richman have been named as partners, while Chad Clamage and Josh Platek have been promoted to managing directors.

VPC also announced the promotion of 13 individuals to less senior roles.
Chicago-headquartered VPC has invested around $10.6bn (£8.5bn) across 230 investments since inception in 2007.
