International financial advisory firm Hoxton Wealth has opened its first office in Mexico City as part of its expansion strategy in the Americas.
The office will initially focus on providing financial-planning services to US-connected individuals.
Aaron Vickery has been appointed as country manager to lead the new team of four.
Vickery brings 20 years of experience in wealth management, having worked in both the Middle East and Latin America.
He began his career in 2003 as an analyst at St James’s Place in London and holds an MBA, Chartered Wealth Manager status and the Series 65 US Investment Adviser qualification.
He will divide his time between the US and Mexico, advising professionals and high-net-worth families.
The Mexico City team will collaborate closely with Hoxton Wealth USA, led by commercial director Taylor Sallery, to align strategies, optimise technology and maintain strong communication across the region.
Chris Ball, Hoxton Wealth’s founder and CEO, said: “Regulatory benefits and tax incentives make Mexico an exciting market. This office enables us to grow our US-connected client base while laying the groundwork for further expansion in Mexico City.”
